Information we collect

• Booking inquiries and contact messages: your name, phone number, email address, preferred dates, number of guests, room type and your message — whatever you type into the form.
• Guest reviews: if you choose "Continue with Google" to write a review, Google shares your name, profile photo, email address and a Google account ID with us, only after you agree on Google's screen. We also store the star rating and text you write.
• Technical data: like every website, our server records basic request data (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) for security and to stop spam and abuse.

How we use it

• To answer your inquiry, arrange your stay and contact you about it.
• To show your review on this website: your name, profile photo, rating, review text and date are public. Your email address and Google account ID are never shown.
• To recognise your review if you come back, so you can update it instead of posting twice.
• To protect the website from spam, fraud and misuse.

Google user data

When you sign in with Google we request only the basic profile scopes (openid, email, profile). We do not get your Google password and we cannot access your Gmail, contacts, files or any other Google data.

We use this information only to identify you as the author of your review and to display your name and photo next to it. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, use it for advertising, or use it to train artificial-intelligence models. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

You can remove our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Removing access does not delete a review already published — to delete it, contact us (see below).

Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie we set is a strictly necessary one that keeps hotel staff signed in to the website's dashboard. The Google sign-in button and the embedded Google Map are provided by Google and may set Google's own cookies, covered by Google's privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

Who we share it with

Your information is handled only by hotel staff. It is stored with our web hosting provider and sent through our email provider, who process it on our behalf. We disclose information to authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Inquiries and messages: as long as needed to handle your stay and keep normal business records, and no longer than two years.
• Reviews: while they are published, or until you ask us to remove them.
• Server logs: a short period, normally no more than 90 days.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, including removing your review. Email us and we will reply as soon as we can, normally within 30 days.

Security

The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS, access to the dashboard is protected by a password, and we keep the information we store to a minimum. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page and update the date above.
